Voter I-card inrespectof my spouse Mrs. Pushpa Shukla and myself Dr. A. R. Shukla, D-II/75, Kaka Nagar, New Delhi has not been delivered. It was made before Delhi Assembly elections. I enquired from the office of SDM who gave a number- on which there was no response. I request for an action against the officials who are responsible for the same.

I also request to get the election card as above delivered to us immediately.
