Pappu vote dal le, ad campaign to encourage electorate to vote
The Delhi Election Commission announced its plan of launching a new campaign aimed to ensure that Delhiites step out and cast their votes on election day.
To encourage voters to exercise their franchise in the Lok Sabha polls, the Delhi Chief Electoral Officer has decided to rerun its” Pappu can&apost vote”campaign which it had used in the Assembly elections last year.
Apart from the” Pappu can&apost vote”jingle, songs from”Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi,” will be use in the new audio-visual campaign to encourage people to cast their vote.
The new song is a modified version of the successful tune. Instead of the original lyrics, the song will now go as “Pappu vote dal le”.
