Previously I was residing at H. No. 9579, Gali Laxmi wali, Library Road, Delhi under the Sadar Bazar Constituency. I and my family were shited from Library Road Delhi to D-31, Amba Bagh Padam Nagar, Delhi-110007. My name was placed at serial No. 339 alogwith my wife at 340, my dauther Neetu at 341, my another daughter Charu at 342, my son varun Arora at 344 and my another son Manoj Arora at 345 under constitency No. 70 PS No. 22. It is also informed you that Identity Cards of my family had been issued including mine under No. JHV0713453 on 26-05-2002. Now Amba Bagh constituency has been shifted from Balajit Nagar constiteuency (70) to Sadar Bazar consitutency (19). I am very much shocked to see the voter list of P.S. No. 22 that my name was deleted by some people of Election Commision. I think this mistake was committed knowledging or eronestely. You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into my case for adding my name at voter list of P.S. No. 22 of Sadar Bazar constitency so that I may use my right to poll the vote. This may kindly be treated as Most Urgent.
